HCA Healthcare invites dedicated medical professionals to join our team as a Cath Lab Technologist. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiac care using state-of-the-art technology within our cardiovascular labs. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for advancing health and enhancing the lives of patients through expert application of cardiac procedural knowledge and technology in a dynamic clinical setting. Operate and maintain cardiac catheterization lab equipment and instruments. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining processes and positioning patients properly Assist in performing diagnostic and interventional catheterizations and other cardiac procedures Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and notify physicians of clinical changes Assist with follow-up evaluations of cath lab patients and participate in discussions regarding patient care Maintain a sterile environment and enforce infection control protocols Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Proficiency with cath lab equipment Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
