Job Description Job Description Company Description PACU Nurse Manager Austin, TX Employment Type, Schedule, Compensation Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: Days | No Weekends Base Salary: Up to $130,000 (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Available FTEs Overseen: ~18.5 Job Description Overview We are seeking an experienced PACU Nurse Manager to lead day-to-day operations within a high-volume post-anesthesia care environment. This is a working manager role responsible for clinical oversight, staffing, performance management, and operational efficiency within the PACU. The ideal candidate brings strong perioperative leadership experience, a hands-on management style, and a commitment to quality, safety, and staff development.
