Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate and reliable
Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare
professionals. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing
high-quality care to patients in a post-acute care environment,
focusing on innovative treatments and patient-centered approaches.
This position requires proficiency in managing complex patient
situations and a keen ability to work collaboratively with other
healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in
collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications,
monitor patient recovery and progress, and educate patients and
their families on post-procedure care. Maintain accurate patient
records and document patient care services. Provide emotional
support and guidance to patients and their families. Ensure
compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and policies.
Participate in continuous education and professional development
opportunities. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
using medical software and patient management systems Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassion and
patience in dealing with patients Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
preferred
