Our ideal candidate is a compassionate, dedicated LVN who is eager

tailor-made health services. Provide direct nursing care according
to the prescribed patient treatment plan. Monitor patient health
and document any progress or changes in condition. Administer
medications as directed by the healthcare supervisor. Assist in
patient needs assessment and update healthcare plans accordingly.
Maintain patient confidentiality and records with utmost diligence.
Educate and guide patients and their families on health
preservation and disease prevention. Strong clinical skills in a
home health setting Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in managing time and maintaining records
Comfortable using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LVN
License in the state of employment CPR certification is recommended
Valid drivers license may be required for home visits
