Role $117,549 per year in Bastrop, Texas Clinical Magnet , a
division of ICON Medical Network, is partnering with a very
well-known non-profit organization to help them find a dedicated,
compassionate Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to serve the
community within a thriving primary care family practice clinic in
Bastrop, Texas . Physicians and staff work very closely together to
integrate all aspects of general family medicine and provide the
highest quality of medical services to their patients, ages 18 and
up. Focus is on preventive care to maximize a patient’s health and

is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity. Responsibilities of the Family
Practice APP: Collaborate with the medical director and supervising
physician to deliver primary care commensurate with training to
patients 18 and up Deliver care appropriate for an out-patient,
primary care community health center with a multicultural,
multilingual patient population Work collaboratively with the
interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient
care. Assist in chronic disease management through individual
interventions, clinic support and ongoing education. Work
collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high quality,
comprehensive primary care. Ability to provide a variety of
services including chronic disease management, physicals, perform
Pap smear/women's wellness exams (WWE), routine check-ups, illness
treatment, medication management, etc. Qualifications of the Family
Practice APP: Current, active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant license in state of practice Board Certified in
Family Medicine Strong, recent experience in Primary Care/Family
Medicine Relevant Master’s degree Current Texas valid professional
license to practice in respective field Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification from the American Heart Association or American Red
Cross Bilingual in Spanish a huge plus! Compensation: Compensation
starting around $115K Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with
an occasional evening and weekend (Sat 9-1). A 4x10 schedule is
