TravelNurseSource is working with Adelphi Medical Staffing to find
a qualified Psych LPN / LVN in Big Spring, Texas, 79720! Adelphi is
seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)
to provide on-site nursing care at a residential behavioral health
facility in Howard County, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide
direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams in a structured behavioral health setting.

Facility Type: Behavioral Health Facility Job Type: Full-Time
Contract (6 Months) Coverage: On-Site Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours
per week Initial 23 weeks; MondayFriday daytime schedule, including
on-unit mentorship with a seasoned LVN Regular schedule;
Alternating shifts to meet facility staffing needs Every other
weekend off Flexible start dates (MondayFriday),with a minimum of 5
business days required for pre-employment processing Graduate of an
accredited LVN/LPN program Active, unrestricted LVN or LPN license
in the State of Texas Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
preferred Experience in behavioral health or long-term care
preferred Must comply with agency & facility requirements,
including drug screening & FBI fingerprint background check Must
comply with agency and facility immunization requirements Must
complete all required facility and agency training requirements Key
Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in
accordance with facility protocols. Provide direct patient care,
including medication administration, treatments, and patient
medication education. Complete accurate and timely documentation of
all patient care activities. Perform computer data entry and other
clinical tasks as required. (full training will be provided).
Comply with SOPs and all applicable regulatory standards (CMS,
Joint Commission, agency, and facility policies). Collaborate
effectively with RNs, nurse managers, and interdisciplinary care
teams. Carry out additional duties as assigned by nursing
