Details - 28-bed Renal Med Surg Telemetry unit (3 North) in a hospital setting - Day shift: 06:45–19:15 - 13-week contract - Epic EMR used for charting Requirements - Active TX or compact RN license required - Minimum 1 year of RN experience required - Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA-issued) - NIH Stroke Scale certification required - Valid U.S. Social Security Number and U.S. home address required - Driver's license required - Two professional references required - Nursys license verification required prior to start Additional Information - Provides direct nursing care including implementing and monitoring patient care plans, carrying out physician and nursing orders, and coordinating discharge planning - Functions as primary coordinator across disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care - Must be able to exercise critical thinking and decisive judgment with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment - Navy/maroon scrubs required - Local candidates are accepted; candidates living within the facility's radius may be eligible at a different pay rate - COVID vaccination is not required American Traveler Job ID P-683392.
