As an RN Clinical Manager for Home Health at HCA Healthcare, you will oversee the nursing staff and manage the clinical operations within our home health services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compassionate home healthcare to our patients. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and provide clinical guidance, leveraging HCA Healthcare’s extensive resources and your expertise in nursing management and patient care. Oversee day-to-day operations of the home health care nursing staff. Coordinate and supervise patient care, ensuring adherence to established healthcare protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff. Manage staffing requirements and create schedules. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare software and systems Adept in patient care management Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage stress Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Certified Home Health Manager (optional but preferred)
