Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Georgetown, Texas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - ED /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM /n• 13-week contract assignment /n• No on-call requirements /n• 4 weekend shifts required per schedule /n• Patient ratio of 4:1 /n• Required certifications: ALS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC /n• Minimum 1 year emergency department experience required /n• 2 years emergency department experience preferred /n• ENPC preferred over PALS /n• Perform procedures including cardioversion, TNK, and moderate sedation /n• Work with Welch Allyn/GE equipment and Meditech EMR system /n• Navy blue scrubs required /n• Must demonstrate team player attitude, flexibility, positive demeanor, and upbeat personality /n• Self-scheduling available to support work-life balance /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates a 23-bed emergency department staffed by approximately 40 healthcare professionals. The facility is a Certified Primary Stroke Center and Level IV Trauma Center, recognized for outstanding cardiac care performance by the American Heart Association.
