HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated PRN Home Health Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide patient-centered care in home settings. This role involves working across nearly 2,000 sites of care, including opportunities to cater to diverse patient needs while upholding the highest standards of quality and compassion. Ideal candidates will demonstrate adaptability, clinical competence, and a commitment to improving lives in the communities we serve. Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop nursing care plans Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LVN license in the state of employment CPR certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
