Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for submission). • Local & travel allowed. Additional Details: Required Credentials: Driver’s License/State ID Special Requests: In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license. Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations. Shift & Scheduling: Weeknight and weekend call also required.
