Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM) We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Assistant General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The AGM plays a key role in daily operations, team development, and ensuring a flawless guest experience. You will support and work closely with the Owner/GM, leading by example and motivating your team to uphold Round Table Pizza’s high standards. Responsibilities Operations & Leadership Assist in overseeing daily FOH & BOH operations Ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed of service meet brand standards Lead shifts with confidence, energy, and strong problem-solving ability Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment Support scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage Handle cash control responsibly and accurately Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Team Development Train, coach, and hold team members accountable Encourage a positive, respectful, and high-performance culture Support new hire onboarding and ongoing staff development Lead by example with professionalism, communication, and teamwork Guest Experience Greet guests and deliver outstanding hospitality Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively Promote community involvement, loyalty programs, and special events Support fun, memorable experiences for dine-in guests, fundraisers, and local partners Administrative Support Assist with inventory, ordering, vendor communication, and waste management Help monitor cost controls: food, labor, supplies, and equipment Support marketing initiatives, LRM partnerships, and promotional activations Complete daily paperwork, logs, and reporting accurately Qualifications 1–2 years of restaurant management or shift lead experience (pizza experience a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to thrive during busy rushes and high-volume shifts ServSafe, Food Handler, and/or TABC certifications preferred Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to guest satisfaction Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Fun, supportive, and community-driven work environment Opportunities for growth within a rapidly growing location Meals during shifts & employee discounts Leadership development and ongoing training Becoming part of a locally owned restaurant where your impact truly matters How to Apply Submit your resume or stop by the restaurant anytime Monday-Wednesday 11am-3pm Requirements:
