You will be responsible for creating a wide range of baked goods and pastries, ensuring each item meets the high standards of quality and taste that define our brand. Prepare a diverse range of bakery items and pastries from scratch, following traditional and innovative recipes. Decorate and present pastries and desserts in a visually appealing manner. Ensure all items are produced on time for service and meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section. Collaborate with other kitchen staff and participate in menu planning and kitchen inventory management. Strong baking and decorating skills Ability to follow recipes and make adjustments based on specific dietary needs Creative mindset with attention to detail Time management and multitasking abilities Good communication and teamwork capabilities Certified Baker or Pastry Chef designation preferred.
