Twin Creeks Country Club is seeking a professional and personable Licensed Massage Therapis t to provide exceptional wellness services to our valued members. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering a high-end client experience and skilled in a variety of massage techniques. We are looking for a team member who excels in swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and who has a natural ability to connect with clients, build lasting relationships, and create a warm, welcoming environment. Responsibilities: Perform a range of massage therapy services, including but not limited to: Swedish/Signature Massage with aromatherapy Deep Tissue Massage Sports Massage Cupping (preferred but not required) Additional modalities and certifications are a plus Customize sessions based on members' individual needs and preferences Establish trust and rapport with members to promote long-term wellness relationships Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care Accurately document treatment notes and adhere to health and safety guidelines Work collaboratively with fitness and wellness staff to support holistic member care Qualifications: Current Massage Therapy License in the state of Texas Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to build meaningful connections with a diverse clientele Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, evenings, and peak club hours CPR/First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire date Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a country club environment Arcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
