About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our internal talent acquisition team, focused on full-cycle recruitment for B2B Sales and Energy Trading positions. This is a high-impact role requiring a driven and strategic recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities: Manage 30-40 active requisitions for B2B Sales and Energy Trading positions.
Partner directly with hiring managers to define needs, push back when necessary, and drive the recruitment strategy.
Source, screen, and present high-caliber candidates.
Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Collaborate cross-functionally on project-based recruitment initiatives, including new team builds, market expansion, or internal transformations.
Maintain organized pipelines, timely communication, and a top-tier candidate experience.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
2-5+ years of corporate recruiting experience (not agency/staffing).
Proven success recruiting for B2B Sales professionals and Energy Traders.
Must be based in Houston, TX and able to be onsite 3 days per week.
Experience managing high-volume req loads (30-40+) with efficiency and professionalism.
