Location : Glendale, AZ 85305, Reston, VA 20190 or Houston, TX 77041 – (Hybrid) Contract : 12 Months (Possibilities of Contract Extension) Small Description: As an Employee Relations (ER) Specialist at Client, you will uphold our Vision, Values, and Commitments (VV&Cs) while maintaining a fair and respectful work environment. You will manage ER activities, conduct investigations, resolve employee concerns, and provide guidance on ER matters. Job Responsibilities: • Manage complex employment-related investigations, including conducting intake meetings, background research, investigative interviews, report-writing, corrective actions, and debrief meetings. • Investigate complaints involving violations of Company policy, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, and other inappropriate behavior. • Coach and advise management on employee relations matters, including interpersonal conflicts, communication of employment decisions, and performance management. • Partner with global cross-functional partners within the ER Communities of Expertise, Legal, Human Resources, Ethics and Compliance, Security, Industrial/Labor Relations, and business units. • Facilitate ER training for managers and supervisors and participate in ER team projects. • Leverage ER data to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience. • Deliver workforce reduction processes as initiated by Project HR and Project Management. • Other duties as required.
