Role Aetherflux is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking
Director of Wellness to lead the strategy, development, and
execution of programs that support employee well-being, resilience,
and overall performance. In this leadership role, you will design
initiatives that foster a healthy, inclusive, and high-performing
workplace while aligning wellness efforts with the company’s
mission and culture. This is a unique opportunity to shape the
wellness vision for one of the most ambitious companies at the
intersection of space and energy. Key Responsibilities • Develop
and implement a comprehensive wellness strategy that supports
physical, mental, and emotional well-being. • Lead programs focused
on employee health, work-life balance, stress management, and
engagement. • Partner with HR and leadership to integrate wellness
into the broader employee experience. • Evaluate and manage
wellness vendors, benefits, and resources to ensure high-quality
offerings. • Monitor participation, analyze program effectiveness,
and continuously improve initiatives. • Promote a culture of
well-being through education, events, and internal communications.
• Ensure programs align with organizational goals and compliance
standards. Qualifications • 7 years of experience in corporate
wellness, employee experience, HR programs, or related leadership
roles. • Proven success designing and scaling wellness initiatives
within growing organizations. • Strong leadership, communication,
and program management skills. • Ability to influence
cross-functional stakeholders and drive cultural change. •
Analytical mindset with experience measuring program outcomes. •
Highly organized and comfortable working in fast-paced
environments. Preferred : Experience in technology, aerospace,
