  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead sales strategy within your geography, set quotas, and allocate resources to ensure revenue targets are met. Manage a team of AE, CRMA, and Principal Client Partner Executives, including hiring, training, and development. Develop a strong sub-culture of customer-focused executives. Conduct team meetings and hold the sales team accountable for results.
  • Customer Understanding: Build customer relationships to impact, enhance, and optimize their business activities. Create account plans and sales strategies with accurate funnel forecasts and revenue growth projections.
  • Relationship Building: Expand market position for Strategic Named Accounts and MNCs, especially in the U.S. Use a consultative approach to position solutions and drive new business. Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders for sales execution and contract progression.
  • Account Strategy: Manage entire sales cycles to meet long-term account needs. Identify decision-makers, understand their challenges, and tailor solutions accordingly. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and satisfaction.
  • Corporate Navigation and Presentation Skills: Engage effectively with senior executives and deliver compelling presentations that showcase T-Mobile's value propositions and strategic vision.Education and Work Experience
    • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Required)
    • Over 10 years of Business Sales Experience, with a proven track record in Oil & Gas Vertical within Fortune 500 companies (Required)
    • 7-10 years Wireless Industry Experience (Required)
    • 4-7 years People Management in F500 Sales Environment (Required)Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
      • Proven ability to coach and develop sales executives, creating a collaborative team environment (Required)
      • Extensive wireless industry knowledge and experience in creating new sales opportunities (Required)
      • Experience coordinating with innovation and analytics teams for strategic initiatives (Required)
      • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans (Required)
      • Proven skill in building and maintaining customer relationships and closing new sales (Required)
      • Expertise in product knowledge and demand creation (Required)
      • Strong negotiation skills (Required)
      • Excellent navigation of corporate cultures and delivering impactful presentations (Required)
