They work on everything from core back-end functionality with complex data modeling, to building user-facing aspects that help our customers navigate intricate workflows. We're looking for engineers who are product-minded and can think creatively to solve immediate problems, often in an ambiguous environment. You'll have a lot of responsibility and autonomy to make key technical decisions and own projects from conception to deployment. What We're Looking For Minimum of 8 years of production experience, preferably in a SaaS startup environment. Proven experience building complex, modern web applications, ideally with React and Next.js Strong proficiency with Typescript, Python, and PostgreSQL. Existing comfort integrating AI tools into your workflows (Cursor, Windsurf, etc). The ability to think from the user’s perspective, contribute to product ideas, and understand product/engineering tradeoffs. Comfort owning projects and working with high autonomy.
