The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining our business processes, improving our systems, and driving our business strategy forward. Why join us? remote work 401k match growing company but under 200 employees room for internal growth Job Details Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to understand their business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. Drive the development and implementation of new systems and processes to enhance our business operations, with a particular focus on mortgage lending and integrations. Lead the testing and QA processes to ensure the successful implementation of new systems and enhancements, identifying and resolving any issues that arise. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. Conduct in-depth analysis of our business operations and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for strategic initiatives. Facilitate communication between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, acting as a bridge to ensure mutual understanding and alignment. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the tech services industry, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field. A master's degree would be considered an asset. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, ideally within the tech services industry. Extensive experience with mortgage lending and integrations. Strong knowledge of development processes and methodologies. Proven experience in testing and QA, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Solid understanding of REST API and API. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
