Job Description Job Description PeopleSoft API Integration Developer | $ 3 3 - $ 3 7 per hour | Hybrid Contract What Matters Most Competitive Pay of $33 - $37 per hour Work Hybrid in Houston, TX – 4 days onsite and 1 day remote 6-month contract opportunity with opportunity for extension Weekly pay with direct deposit When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit, and our referral bonus program Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft Senior Developer with deep expertise in API development and ERP integration to support a critical cross-system initiative. This role will lead the design and implementation of integration solutions between the enterprise ERP system and third-party time collection platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, a collaborative mindset, and hands-on experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performing API solutions. Responsibilities Design and develop RESTful APIs to facilitate integration between ERP Time & Labor modules and external applications Build robust data transformation pipelines to support seamless data exchange across systems Provide technical leadership across design sessions, troubleshooting efforts, and code reviews Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional analysts and business stakeholders, to ensure solutions meet integration, security, and performance standards Conduct comprehensive testing including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in partnership with functional teams Create and maintain technical documentation including process flow diagrams, specifications, and test scenarios Qualifications & Requirements Strong development experience with ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft, with a focus on Time & Labor modules Proven hands-on expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs; experience with file-based and API-based integration models Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and strong SQL/data analysis skills Experience with API management tools and best practices for API performance and security Preferred: Techno-functional experience with PeopleSoft Time & Labor data reporting and integrations Working knowledge of HR and Payroll for North America is a strong plus Additional Requirements : Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting Benefits and Perks : Pay Rate: $33 - $37 per hour Medical Benefits: Comprehensive options available through The Reserves Network Training & Growth: Expand your skills and career while contributing to impactful projects.
