Job Description Job Description PeopleSoft Functional Consultant | $ 36 - $ 41 per hour | Hybrid Contract What Matters Most Competitive Pay of $36 - $41 per hour Work Hybrid schedule: 4 days Onsite in Houston, TX, and 1 day remotely 6-month contract opportunity with opportunity for extension Weekly pay with direct deposit When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit, and our referral bonus program Job Description We are seeking a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant with specialized knowledge in GL (General Ledger), KK (Commitment Control), and AP (Accounts Payable) modules within the PeopleSoft FSCM suite. This functional role supports business operations by translating organizational needs into actionable system configurations and delivering end-to-end support for enterprise ERP projects. Responsibilities : Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and system documentation Create test plans, write test cases, and facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to align ERP enhancements with process goals Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and functional users, ensuring accurate knowledge transfer Support change management activities for ERP implementation and system adoption Qualifications and Requirements : Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional SME with a focus on PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL/KK/AP) Strong understanding of ERP configuration, testing, and change control processes Excellent communication skills for working across business and IT teams Preferred experience with Integration Broker, Workflow tools, and SQL for reporting or analysis Familiarity with Agile methodologies and structured project documentation practices Deliverables : Functional Specifications Document Test Plan and UAT Scenarios Completed System Testing Reports Coordinated UAT Sign-offs from Business Users Additional Requirements : Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting. The Pay Rate range for this position is $36 - $41 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
