(HSA) Dependent Care FSA Description: Supervise the Bank’s IT team,
network operations, and core processing. Assist the Chief
Information Officer (CIO) in developing the IT Team, identifying
technology-program solutions, and executing technology- program
initiatives as identified by Executive Management. The Manager,
Information Technology, should bring a passion for information
technology, leadership, and a desire to grow professionally with
First National Bank of Bastrop. Essential Duties: Establish
development plan for IT team. Manage IT team to include identifying
daily task lists, roles, function ownership, and project
management. Direct and oversee computer operations and ensure
operational efficiency of systems. Supervise the allocation and
monitoring of all computer inventory needs, hardware and software
packages, and peripheral devices. Develop network troubleshooting
strategies to reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Manage all
aspects of IT operations, help desk, and supporting systems. Direct
the effective delivery of networks, application support, and
third-party provider sourcing and processes. Work collaboratively
with information security to ensure the constant safety and
security of the bank’s networks and infrastructure. Collaborate
with critical partners to ensure support or service of the
information technology program. Manage technology related projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to make informed
decisions. Identify and implement emerging technologies to enhance
services and improve experiences. Partner with business unit
managers to identify technology and service level needs. Perform
other duties as assigned. Bank Secrecy Act Duties: In the
performance of respective tasks and duties, this position must
maintain knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act regulations and all other
regulatory, security, and Bank policies and procedures. Company
Conformance: First National Bank’s (FNB) promotional materials may
include photos, videos and other recordings taken in the workplace
or at company-sponsored events. Acceptance of employment with FNB
gives consent to such photos, videos and other recordings and these
may be used in social media posts, newsletters and other
promotional materials. No extra compensation or advance notice will
be provided when recordings are made or published. In compliance
with all applicable regulations and Bank policies, this position is
expected to successfully produce quality work within deadlines,

and coordinating work efforts with other employees and

participating in community organizations, events, and activities.
The employee is also expected to maintain a commitment to
continuing education in the banking field through self-study and
both in-house and outside training opportunities in all applicable
banking policies, procedures, and regulations. Regular and punctual
attendance is expected, and appropriate attire is required at all
times, while either performing job functions or representing the
Bank at outside events and activities. Requirements: Required
Minimum Qualifications: High School graduation or equivalent with
related Accredited Certifications. Seven or more years of
experience working for a financial institution in an information
technology role with a minimum of three years of experience in a
leadership/management position. Experience developing modern
network and infrastructure solutions; developing and managing
Microsoft 365 and related applications, to include Azure and
InTune; and in business continuity and disaster recover testing.
Experience developing and maintaining an asset management program.
Experience in audits, testing, and bank examinations; and policy
writing and development. Experience preparing and delivering
reports to Executive Management and Board of Directors. Preferred:
College degree. Preferred: Experience working with JH Core
Processing solutions. Must also have the following demonstrated
knowledge, skills, and abilities: Demonstrated knowledge of network
operations, infrastructure, and architecture. Technical-based
skills set for managing a technology program. Knowledge of
regulatory requirements, federal and state laws related to the
financial industry. Excellent written and verbal communication.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to lead and
teach others. Ability to explain highly technical concepts in
simple terms.
