Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, is seeking a Project
Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in advancing
value?based care initiatives that elevate healthcare quality and
patient outcomes. In this role, you’ll lead and support projects
that bring innovative care solutions to life—overseeing timelines,
budgets, and successful delivery. You’ll collaborate with provider
networks, payers, and clinical teams to implement custom workflows
and system integrations that drive real improvement across the
healthcare ecosystem. Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate projects
that align with healthcare quality, compliance, and operational
goals. Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with clinical and
business stakeholders. Develop project plans, timelines, and
communication strategies. Facilitate collaboration among providers,
payers, and internal teams. Monitor progress, prepare status
reports, and resolve issues promptly. Manage scope changes, risks,
and regulatory considerations proactively. Conduct post-project
evaluations to identify process improvements. Build strong
relationships with healthcare partners and internal teams. Job
Location: Hybrid Remote from our office in Houston, TX Required
Experience / Qualifications 2 years of project coordination or
project management experience, preferably in a healthcare
environment Experience working for a healthcare provider or payer
Understanding of value?based care, healthcare operations, or
clinical workflows Strong communication, organizational, and
customer service skills Proficiency with project management tools
and Microsoft Office Ability to quickly learn and apply new
technologies Strong problem?solving abilities and a
customer?focused mindset Ability to prioritize and manage multiple
tasks in a fast?paced, compliance?driven environment Currently
eligible to work in the U.S. without assistance in getting an
employment visa or work authorization. Preferences – Not Required
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
