Job Description:
Come join the AWS Marketplace and Partner Services (AMPS) Team
on our mission to transform Partner experience with AWS. Within
AMPS, Partnerships org builds products and integrations for AWS
Partners, as well as tools for internal AWS Builders to serve those
Partners. Partner Services intends to make Partner Central the most
efficient, easy-to-use, automated, and secure experience for AWS
Partners to market and sell their solutions to AWS customers. Our
charter is to provide a world class partner experience and help our
partners scale through various initiatives including funding,
recommendations, and automations through out their journey. Very
recently we launched AI Agents for our partners that act on behalf
of the partners to progress the deals and apply for incentives. We
have lot more to deliver in the agentic AI space in the future.
This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner
Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market
strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the
business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed.
Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth
of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they
provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build
innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. Key job
responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Sr. Software
Development Engineer to help the team take AWS Marketplace and
Partner Central to the next level. As a Sr. Software Development
Engineer on the team you will own significant portions of the
product, will lead a team of engineers to deliver high impact
capabilities, and have significant influence on our strategy by
helping define the next wave of product features and system
architecture. The systems are complex and there are huge
opportunities to work at all levels from the agentic AI, APIs,
backend services, front end user experience, to a set of robust
platform services. You should be somebody who enjoys working on
complex system software, is customer-centric, and is passionate
about building quality software as well as achieving operational
excellence. A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong
communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are
essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of
successfully delivering new features or products, enjoy working in
a fast-paced environment, relish working with high volume of data,
the challenge of highly complex business contexts that are

software development experience - 5 years of programming with at
least one software programming language experience - 5 years of
leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and
scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience as a
mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team - 5 years of full
software development life cycle, including coding standards, code
reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and
operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
