Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Worker
(EVS) to join our Facilities team, dedicated to maintaining the
cleanliness and safety of environments in sectors such as
healthcare, education, and business settings. This role is crucial
for ensuring that the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are
met, aligning with Aramark’s commitment to providing excellent
service and creating safe, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing
living and working spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye
for detail, experience in cleaning and maintenance, and a strong
commitment to health and safety protocols. Perform routine cleaning
tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.
Sanitize rooms, hallways, and other work areas using the
appropriate cleaning and disinfectant solutions. Handle, operate,
and maintain cleansing machinery and equipment. Adhere to safety
and hygiene guidelines for handling hazardous materials and
hospital waste. Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock.
Respond to urgent situations, such as spills, to prevent hazards.
Ensure compliance with infection control policies. Participate in
safety training and meetings. Proficiency in handling industrial
cleaning equipment Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals and
supplies Good physical stamina and mobility Knowledge of infection
control and waste disposal protocols Medical Insurance Dental
