Junior Partner - Corporate Group An established boutique
commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment, is
currently seeking a Transactional M&A Associate Attorney to
join their team full-time and eventually transition into a Jumior
Partner role. Candidate has seen M&A and transactional side,
can be trained to sign off on projects and become Jr. Partner
quickly. Can jump in on the supervising side. The salary for this
role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, a
top market base salary with generous performance-based year-end
bonuses. Skills and Requirements: 6 years' experience Applicants
must live in Texas Experience in transactional, M&A work Desire
to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term Ability to
work alongside senior partners to assist with workflow as required
Professional, organized and collegiall Billable hour req: 1750
realistic (1850 goal) Firm began as a litigation boutique 20 years
ago, now full service firm. Really focused on the middle market and
private companies. Most clients are founder-run or primary equity
holders. Very little turn over, culture is excellent, associates
are hired to make partner. Training is important, mentoring and
