and seeking an experienced full time family law attorney to join
our law firm. We are looking for an attorney with family law
experience who has a sincere interest in helping people. We are
looking to hire immediately. Salary is competitive based on

Job Responsibilities : Perform all aspects of family law
representation Review case files outside of court Appear in court
for various hearings. Communicate effectively with clients,
opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members; Issue spot
and develop strategies leading to efficient resolution of cases;
Negotiate and settle cases or prepare matters for trial Perform
legal research and analyze and apply legal principles and
precedents, facts, and evidence to legal problems; Draft petitions,
pleadings and present statements of law, facts, and arguments
clearly, logically, and effectively both in writing and orally.
Effectively manage cases Requirements : Licensed to practice in
Texas and in good standing Must have reliable transportation
