prestigious national law firm on a direct-hire basis to identify a
skilled Construction Defense Associate for their Houston office.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong analytical,
communication, research, and writing skills, and brings 3 years of
insurance defense experience . Key Responsibilities: Manage and
handle case files from inception through resolution Prepare client
reports and maintain ongoing communication Conduct legal research
and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents Investigate
case facts and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials
Requirements: Active Texas Bar license (required) 3–7 years of
insurance defense experience Excellent academic credentials Strong
legal writing, research, and analytical skills
