Warehouse Worker/Delivery Driver - $18.00-$20.00/Hr A local company in Conroe, TX is searching for a warehouse worker/delivery driver associate to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp to hire position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse. This role is critical to our operations, requiring a versatile and motivated individual who can handle multiple warehouse responsibilities with precision and efficiency. Summary of essential job functions: Receiving: Unload truck trailers and stage pallets for incoming inspection Conduct initial inspection of parts/materials Use measuring tools for precise dimensional checks Outgoing Shipment: Collaborate with shipping coordinator Prepare shipments for pickup Properly wrap, strap, label, and stage outgoing materials Load truck trailers efficiently Warehouse Management: Optimize shelf space utilization Maintain clean and organized dock areas, driveways, and aisles Manage warehouse cleanliness Perform periodic inventory cycle counts Remove unused packaging and pallets Material Handling: Process and organize material requests from production lines Efficiently pull, document, and deliver materials Ensure timely and accurate material distribution Requirements: Clear Driving Record (MVR) Must know how to drive company box truck 1 years of warehouse experience Great verbal & written communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
