Job Title: Mover / Packer Job Description: We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers/Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the packing, loading, and unloading of furniture and household goods from trucks into residences and other locations. Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items from moving trucks Pack and wrap items securely to prevent damage during transit Move heavy items using appropriate equipment such as dollies, straps, and pads Follow instructions from team leads or supervisors to ensure timely and safe moves Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers at all times Inspect items for damage before and after transport Keep trucks and equipment clean and organized Follow safety procedures and company policies Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs) on a regular basis Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Punctual, dependable, and professional appearance Prior moving or packing experience is a plus, but not required Schedule: Varies depending on job assignments—must be flexible with start and end times Work Environment: Indoor/outdoor settings, including residential homes, apartments, and office spaces Exposure to weather elements depending on the location
