The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel management, space planning, inventory control, logistics, and transportation. Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution Plan and optimize warehouse layout, ensuring efficient use of space and workflow Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products Develop and implement logistics and transportation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Analyze and improve warehouse operations, including productivity, quality, and safety Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and technology Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or 11 years of warehouse experience in the Flooring Industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics Proven track record of successful team leadership and management Excellent communication, problem-solv ing, adapt to changing priorities Proficiency in warehouse management software and technology
