Job Description:
As an Instock Program Manager within Amazon's Worldwide Grocery
Stores (WWGS), you'll take on a critical role at the forefront of
developing business plans and overseeing supply chain and inventory
management. Leading cross-functional initiatives will be second
nature as you drive improvements to enhance customer experience and
overall cost structures. Your leadership will extend across both
Online and In-Store channels. To be successful in this role, you
should be comfortable using data to influence others and building
scalable systems and processes to allow our business to grow. In
joining this team, you will have the opportunity to both build and

initiatives that improve sales, customer experience, and process
improvement within retail and operations. Success starts by being a
self-starter, highly organized, and possessing strong data

expected to be driven in parallel. Strong candidates will have
knowledge in fundamental business principles and previous retail,
grocery, or supply chain experience. The ideal candidate is able to
lead and influence both internal and external teams in an ambiguous
environment while maintaining a customer-centric philosophy. Key
job responsibilities - Execute inventory strategies to optimize
customer experience, sales, margin, and inventory turns across
categories. - Drive strategic initiatives to improve customer
experience, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency. -
Perform business analysis and answer complex business questions by
querying and analyzing large data sets using SQL and business
intelligence tools. - Lead cross-functional initiatives that
require coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. -
Manage demand planning and forecasting for assigned categories
across the fulfillment network. - Determine order quantities using
forecasts, historical trends, inventory targets, and vendor lead
times. - Develop and implement process improvements that optimize
inventory workflows and reduce manual effort. - Build strong
relationships with vendors and suppliers to drive operational
improvements and resolve supply chain issues. - Identify and
mitigate risks to inventory availability, escalating appropriately
when needed. - Create executive-level reports and presentations
that communicate performance, insights, and recommendations. A day

inventory management or project management experience - 2 years of
with Excel experience - Bachelor's degree, or 2 years of
professional or military experience - Experience in goods
receiving, inventory cycle counts and related auditing and stock
control functions - Experience with process improvement, Kaizan,
and Six Sigma, or experience in creating process improvements with

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
