Job Description Job Description Filter Assembler Location: Cedar Park, TX 78215 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Overtime opportunities may be available) Hourly Rate: $18.50 per hour Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a leading technology manufacturer to hire a Filter Assembler to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on and labor-intensive, ideal for someone who can lift consistently, stand for long periods, and has experience in construction, landscaping, carpentry, pulling/wrapping wire, or other physically demanding work. You’ll be working with metal cores and copper wire, following work instructions/blueprints to complete builds accurately and safely. Filter Assembler Key Responsibilities: Manually handle, bake, and powder coat metal cores (approx. 5–20 lbs). Wrap/strand copper wire (10–120 count wires) around coated cores per blueprints/work instructions. Perform dipping/solder pot work to strip copper coating from wire bundles (minimum 160 wires). Brush/remove coating residue in a fast, repetitive process while maintaining quality standards. Perform basic testing/adjustments as needed to ensure product meets specification. Conduct in-process quality checks, identify defects, and communicate issues to the supervisor. Filter Assembler Qualifications & Requirements: Ability to work in a heavy-duty, physical role (standing long hours, frequent lifting, repetitive motion). Background in construction, landscaping, carpentry, demolition, warehouse/labor, or similar hands-on work. Comfortable using hand tools and measuring tools (pliers, cutters, crimpers, tape measure, etc.). Able to follow specs/blueprints/work instructions and maintain attention to detail. Reliable, safety-minded, and able to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment. Why Work with Us?
