Directs the operations of the BVSJ/GSJ Clinical Laboratory
including hiring and supervision of laboratory personnel,
development and documentation of processes to show compliance with
CLIA, CAP and JCAHO standards, maintaining and executing the
Laboratory Quality Management System, and formulating goals to
produce quality lab results and outcomes that achieve strategic
goals. Fully engaged in the implementation of initiatives focused
on enhanced performance, workflow redesign, and developing a
culture that emphasizes excellence in the quality and delivery of

ensure quality laboratory testing and maintain CLIA certificate of
