Job Description:
Call Center Supervisor
What you'll do: This is the entry point to our management team. You
will spend 1-2 weeks in each department for a full understanding of
the responsibilities. Upon graduation of the management program,
you will be promoted to a support staff role. As an Onsite Support
Staff, you are a member of our Quality Assurance and/or Supervisor
teams, enforcing our onsite COVID-19 protocols. You will manage the
onsite and work-from-home interviewers from our call center in
Bryan, Texas.

We are located at 2504 Kent St. Bryan, TX 77802
This position starts at $12.00 per hour with the ability of earning
$13.00 per hour after you've graduated to the support staff
role.
This is a part-time position, with the option of working full-time
hours. Health coverage is available after 6 months (minimum hours
requirement) and paid-time-off/vacation time is accrued after
becoming a support staff.
Work safely (and socially distanced) on-site. Covid-Safe Protocols.
Max 25% Capacity.
On-site availability is subject to limitations due to capacity and
safe work policies.
Skill Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Comfortable talking on the phone.
Basic reading, computer, and typing skills.
Basic understanding of good customer service.
Effective and positive coaching techniques.
Teamworking skills.
Experience:
Management experience is preferred.
Previous Call Center Experience is preferred.
MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) recommended.
Schedules Available:
Daytime, Evening and weekend hours available.
Flexible schedules (based on coverage needs).
One weekend shift (Sat or Sun) required.
Benefits:
PAY: $12.00 per hour to start. $13.00 per hour upon successful
completion of the management training.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) interviewers earn a $.50 premium
rate!

Job description – As Onsite Support Staff the main job
responsibility is to be a positive example for other Interviewers
and guide their performance to show positive results. Support staff
will assist new Interviewers in their training once they start on
the phones and during the initial work-from-home set up process.
Help trouble shoot technical issues. You will coach new
Interviewers in proper interviewing techniques, quality standards,
how to handle problem interviews. You will also assist in making
new interviewers feel comfortable and welcome in the phone room.
Support Staff will be responsible for listening to calls and
viewing interviewer video screens during the shift to ensure
interviewers are maintaining quality standards. You will ensure
interviewers are using rebuttal skills to help with production. You
will provide both positive and negative quality related feedback to
Interviewers and provide reporting to your team and upper
management.
Responsibilities –
Report and analyze performance metrics of production and
quality.
While interviewing on the phones - maintain high interviewing
quality and production standards.
Act as an example of the ideal Interviewer.
Assist new interviewers in training and acclimation to the
Interviewer position.
Monitor interviewer calls and video screens for quality
standards.
Provide both positive and critical feedback to Interviewers,
Supervisors, Lead Shift Supervisors, and Lead Monitor.
Help coach interviewers in proper interviewing techniques as
related to specific studies.
Identify interviewers needing additional training, additional
monitoring, and those interviewers excelling at their position.
The ability to change scheduled shifts based on the team's overall
coverage and needs.
The ability to work within a team collaboratively.
Complete any other tasks assigned by their superiors.
