Job Location:  Must be located in Beaumont, TX or anywhere in the Brazos Valley Region of Texas (Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Robertson & Washington counties) and have the ability to work virtually.

Who We Need:

Its Time Texas is looking for a Project Coordinator (Collaborative Innovations for Community Health Project) to help plan and coordinate the day-to-day, administrative and operational activities of Its Time Texas Collaborative Innovations for Community Health project. This role assists the Project Director  in project operations and support, outreach and coordinating program marketing efforts, data management and reporting, and assisting in cross-collaborative efforts for Its Time Texas portfolio of programming.

  • An excellent communicator. You have an ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) complex information in a way that is easily digestible for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technologically Savvy. Youre proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office, and have experience with data management software. You can learn new technology quickly.
  • A relator. Youre a natural at building relationships and comfortable conducting outreach and engagement with communities. 
  • Team Player. You take direction well, can be flexible/adaptable in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with peers, and have experience meeting team goals with limited resources.

What Youll Bring:

  • 1-2 years work experience required
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Bilingual in Spanish, both written and oral (required) 
  • Strong cultural competence and deep understanding of the social, cultural, and linguistic needs of our target audiences
  • Strong relationship management, outreach, and engagement skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 
  • Data and technology literacy
