- Maintain excellent customer relationships by conducting
research to address questions, educating customers about Verisks
suite of underwriting products and services, resolving customer
inquiries, and working with customers to understand and assist in
solving their specific needs and requirements.
- Coordinate with product and implementation teams to understand
the needs of customers and assist them to maximize the full value
of Verisk products
- Basic Troubleshooting of customers with network to network
- Utilize customer relationship management tools.
- College degree required.
- 2-4years experience in the Property/Casualty Insurance
industry, preferably providing underwriting and technical support
- 2-4 years experience working with internal and/or external
customers dealing with products and services
- Ability to provide superior customer service to numerous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline oriented
environment, working independently as well as part of a team.
- GIS and Property insurance a plus.
- Basic knowledge of networking and FTP/SFTP a Plus
