The Health Science Center (HSC) is looking for a Administrative Coordinator III to serve as a member of the Primary Care and Population Health team. We desire an individual who subscribes to and supports our commitment as stated above. The successful applicant will bring an expert level of experience to the position and understand the demands of supporting executives in a fast-paced environment. This person must be professional, enjoy working in a high-volume environment and be able to apply strong organizational skills while being flexible in their daily routine. Education and Experience:

+ High School or GED

+ Related Work Experience - 3 Years

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

+ Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others

+ Ability to perform all tasks and job responsibilities safely without injury to self and others in compliance with A&M System and HSC guidelines.

Other Requirements:

+ Provide a safe environment that fosters respect, inclusion, and equality of all faculty, staff, students, and visitors.

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Experience working with diverse individuals and communities

Responsibilities:

+ Answer all phone calls received to the Family Medicine Residency and greet guests

+ Coordinate resident recruiting (i.e. interview dates/schedule, fairs, hotel accommodations, 2nd interviews)

+ Sort and distribute mail received on a daily basis

+ Assist with planning and organizing annual events (i.e. graduation, white coat ceremony)

+ Order office supplies for Residency Program and Clinic

+ Allocate Texas A&M Residency procurement and travel cards

+ Maintain Texas A&M Physicians website and New Innovations

+ Assistant to Program Director

+ File, scan, copy, fax and/or file Texas A&M Residency paperwork for program operations

+ Manages meeting spaces at Family Medicine Residency

+ Assist Program Coordinator and Program Director with duties as assigned

+ Assist didactic preparations including food, handouts and speaker coordination.

+ Maintains My Evaluations for residents and faculty by working with Education Coordinator to make sure evaluations go out timely to residents and preceptors

+ Other duties as assigned
