--- Confidence in making outbound calls each day to qualified leads
--- Respond to incoming prospect and client inquires--
--- Attend training calls, training, and webinars to enhance skills and constantly improve
--- Present our company benefits so they see the need to work with our team
--- Nurture long term prospects and build relationships with buyers and sellers
--- Update all info and conversations for each client/prospect in company CRM in order to create the highest level of service and best experience for every person you contact
--- Strong skills in Follow-up
--- Using social media networks such as Facebook and LinkedIn to identify potential contacts
--- Represent the company in a positive manner on all occasions and help build brand awareness throughout the community
--- Participate in ongoing training and development

Responsibilities:

Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers


Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An established track record of successful real estate sales
1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
