Job Description:

USA Automotive Partners is a fast-paced, fast-growing company, looking for team members who desire to work within the information technology department of the company. The candidate will be focused on working with our employees, vendors, and customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues with our IT systems when they arise. -General Responsibilities: -

• Troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving IT issues in a timely manner. -
• Communicating with coworkers to diagnose problems
• Talking coworkers through the process of fixing technical issues remotely and in person. -
  
• Prioritizing your workload to ensure the most critical issues are resolved first. -
• Documenting and updating procedures that coworkers can follow. -
• Providing support remotely and after hours when necessary. -
  • Working closely with vendors, users, technicians, and managerial staff. -Skills and Requirements: -
    • Microsoft certification is advantageous. -
    • Previous experience in a technical support role. -
    • Experience with remote desktop applications. -
    • -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -
    • Excellent interpersonal skills. -
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. -
    • A record of accomplishment of following through on commitments. -
      • Must be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with staff at all levels of the firm -
      • Highly proficient in MS Office applications. -
      • A---bachelor's degree---in---Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field is -preferred. -Benefits: - -
