Job Description:

JD:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Arena solutions.- Design and implement robust solutions using Arena technologies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.- Lead the integration of Arena solutions with existing systems and third-party applications.- Act as a subject matter expert on Arena solutions, providing guidance and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsible for administrative controls and provide CAPA, audit, and overall QMS support.- Create comprehensive technical documentation for Arena solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration details, and best practices.- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on Arena technologies and solutions.- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, conveying complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.Top Skills:
