#LI-Hybrid About this roleWe are driving a bold vision to help
companies dream big & build fast with Agentic AI. To realize our
vision and support our global customers, we are launching a new
Partner Program this year and are looking for an ambitious;
detail-oriented and experienced leader.You'll have the ability to
shape our program vision, partner incentives, define commercial
licensing models and identify the operational tools and systems
that will create a scalable foundation. You'll work on hard
problems that require strategic creativity, rigorous execution,
executive-level influence and deep relationship building both
inside Writer and with our Partner ecosystem. Finally, we expect
you to build and then manage your P&L.If you're passionate

report to the SVP, partnerships and ecosystem.Key
responsibilities:
- Define and articulate a clear vision: Craft a compelling vision
for Writer's global partner program that aligns with our broader
company and GTM objectives. Your vision will guide our efforts and
inspire both internal and external stakeholders.
- Design and launch impactful programs: Develop and launch
programs with clear requirements and meaningful incentives that
drive engagement, behavior, and measurable results. Your programs
will be the foundation of our partner success.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly with
internal teams (marketing; legal; operations; sales) and external
partners to co-design and operationalize programs and processes
that ensure partner success. Your ability to collaborate will be
key to our collective success.
- Support GTM, marketing, and sales: Partner with our
go-to-market, marketing, and sales teams to launch co-marketing
initiatives, create joint value propositions, and co-selling
opportunities. Your strategic insights will help us maximize the
impact of our partnerships.
- Drive partner-facing materials: Create and manage
partner-facing materials and internal documentation, including
program guides, benefits summaries, rules of engagement, and
enablement content. Your attention to detail will ensure that all
materials are clear, concise, and effective.
- Manage the full partner journey: Oversee the entire partner
journey, from onboarding and activation to ongoing support and
expansion. Your focus on delivering a seamless and value-driven
experience will be crucial to our success.
- Lead the feedback loop: Establish and maintain a feedback loop
from both partners and internal stakeholders. Use this feedback to
continuously evolve our program roadmap and meet the evolving needs
of our business and partners.
- Establish performance tracking: Set up and maintain performance
tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure program effectiveness.
Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and
continuously refine our offerings.Skills and qualifications:
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in Partner programs and
operations, Channel/Alliances, Business development, or Ecosystem
strategy-ideally within B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software
environments.
- Team builder: A dedicated team builder, collaborator, and
leader who can inspire and guide both internal and external
teams.
- Proven track record: Demonstrated ability to define, develop,
and execute go-to-market programs that leverage partnerships in a
fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape.
- Strategic thinking: Strong strategic thinking and execution
skills, with the ability to see the big picture while managing the
details.
- Strong communicator: Exceptional presentation, verbal, and
written communication skills; a highly effective influencer who can
articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Data-driven mindset: A data-driven mindset, with the ability to
leverage metrics, dashboards, and insights to inform continuous
program optimization.
- Go-do mentality: We are doers here at Writer. We move fast, we

in the way of action.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with partner relationship
tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms, LMS
