The goal of the Inside Sales Representative is to re-establish, qualify, and maintain contact with small customers to increase sales of parts, service, and prime product opportunities while monitoring competitive activity changes in the local market. Additional responsibilities include:

* Monitoring competitive activity and changes in the local market

* Promoting all aspects of the Dealership by selling parts, service labor, customer support agreements, and providing machine and engine sales leads

* Develop and quality equipment and/or parts and service leads where applicable and forward them to the Dealership s outside sales organization

* Develop strong positive relationships with customers and fellow employees (PSSR, Machine, Engine Sales Reps)



This position requires a high school graduate or equivalent along with a college degree majoring in Business, Marketing, or other technical related field. Will consider equivalent work experience or candidates currently pursing Bachelor s degree with prior sales experience. Qualified candidates
will possess:

* Experience in heavy machinery parts and service

* Knowledge of construction machinery and its applications by our customers

* Negotiation experience

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* A strong mechanical aptitude

* Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal direct supervision

* Strong written and communication skills

* The ability to work in a high-pressure environment

* The ability to develop strong positive relationships with customers and employees

* Spanish speaking skills preferred
