Job Description:

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a first shift Maintenance Supervisor in Bryan, TX!Responsibilities: Manage the projecting maintenance program Plan routine maintenance schedule and follow up on all problems to develop solutionsMaximize available run timeMonitor and repair breakdownsKeep upper management informed of issues that affect performanceEnsure all safety devices are properly installedEnsure all parts and equipment remain at approved levelsResponsible for supervising employees Adjust work schedule to meet production requirementsEnsure all company, state, and federal requirements for food safety are met Supervise, train and develop subordinatesRequirements:Associates Degree or technical school certification3+ years related experienceGeneral knowledge of computerized maintenance management systemsKnowledge of food plant production and processing equipmentKnowledge of EPA regulations USDA and sanitation standardsPrevious supervisor experienceBasic computer skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic mathematical and problem solving skills
