We offer a highly collaborative, caring team environment with a strong focus on learning and development, recognition for your individual contributions, and a variety of benefit options for you to choose from.SAP Signavio is currently recruiting for a Principal Senior SAP Consultant to support the delivery/implementation of SAP Signavio Process Manager and Process Intelligence.We're interviewing candidates with extensive background in Analytics Visualization, Value Realization Consulting, and advanced technical topics related to extracting and mining data from SAP S/4HANA/ECC and SAP Suite source systems. The successful candidate will work with business and technical stakeholders to implement process mining use cases and generate insights/recommendations from Process Intelligence.Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Work closely with clients to deploy SAP Signavio solutions (Process Manager, Process Governance, Process Intelligence).
• Deliver professional services within contracted scope: product configuration, enablement workshops, data connections, value investigations, analytics visualizations, KPI dashboards, and customer read-outs of findings and recommendations.
• Support SAP customers and partners in the Signavio product adoption journey, resolving technical challenges to ensure successful implementation. Serve as the SAP Signavio SME on contracts.
• Provide technical consulting and best practices in system and data integration, customization of Signavio solutions, and migration of BPM content from other tools.
• Analyze technical requirements, propose solutions, and deploy those solutions efficiently.
• Prioritize customer goals, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants on product improvements and methodologies.
• Share knowledge and contribute actively to team objectives.Basic Qualifications and Work Experience:
  • 10+ years in IT-related Business Consulting or Senior Professional Services roles, with experience in process mining, Big Data, BI/Analytics, or RPA projects across geographies.
  • Experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA, ECC) processes, integration, and reporting.
  • Technical skills in data mining, extraction, transformation, business process mapping, analytics, and visualization; experience in Business Intelligence and data mining is preferred. Additional skills in process modeling, enterprise architecture, and BPMN are advantageous.
  • Business advisory experience, including delivering findings to stakeholders and enabling customer success.
  • Experience in global consulting environments, such as SAP CS&S or partner organizations.
  • Degree in Information Technology or related fields (e.g., engineering, computer science).
  • Process automation experience (> 2 years) is valuable.Skills:
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in programming with REST APIs.
    • Knowledge of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and various database systems.
    • Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 and process modeling standards.
    • Fluency in English; Spanish and Portuguese are valued.
