Job Description:

8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
--- At least 12 to 14 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience

Roles & Responsibilities :
--- Provide domain, architecture, and the technical aspects of the project.
--- Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements. ---
--- End to end guidance and review of Modular Implementation & customization in ServiceNow---
--- Hands-on experience in implementing in multiple ServiceNow Modules and 3rd party integrations
--- Guidance on Implementation of ServiceNow Modules, primarily MCO, CSM, ITSM and Platform Configuration
--- Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc
--- Validate requirements and highlight discrepancies
--- Design solution and suggest technical best practices
--- Ensure information is accurate and feasible

Certifications :
--- ServiceNow Administration certification
--- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification(various tracks)
--- ServiceNow Master Architect Certification(optional)
