MUST BE LICENSED. MUST LIVE IN AUSTIN AREA. This position is commission-based.

Responsibilities:
--- Source and cultivate relationships with potential clients and referral sources
--- Drive lead-generation efforts to secure new business
--- Manage and review all client contracts with the team
--- Host open houses with the highest level of customer service
--- Participate in team and one-on-one coaching sessions
--- Utilize Team tools to set and achieve goals
--- Keep up to date on industry trends and market research
--- Conduct and follow-up on follow-ups to nurture relationships
--- Model and mentor team members in setting objectives and accomplishing goals

Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid Real Estate license in Texas
--- Must be a resident of Austin, TX, or the surrounding area
--- Must have reliable transportation and a driving license
--- Ability to work with Real Estate specific CRMs, platforms, and technologies
--- Ability to perform in-depth research and provide clear insights on the real estate market
--- Highly competitive and a great team player
--- Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally
--- Has a positive outlook on growth
--- Has a strong sense of purpose and motivation
--- Self-reliant and highly goal-oriented
--- Track record of setting and achieving goals
