Job Title: Account Manager (Commercial Landscaping) Duration: Direct Hire Location: Southwest Houston Details: A respected commercial landscaping company in the Houston area is confidentially looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee a key portfolio. This person will step into an existing book of business with the goal of restoring trust, delivering top-tier service, and driving account growth. Focus includes- o Manage high-value accounts and HOAs o Conduct site visits and lead client meetings to ensure quality and satisfaction o Proactively identify upsell opportunities o Collaborate with field teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations o Resolve client concerns and establish strong, reliable communication o Strengthen and build trust with clients and prospects Top consideration given to candidates with: o 7 years of experience in commercial landscaping account management o Proven leadership presence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to nurture and revitalize key relationships o Experience managing large, complex commercial properties o Knowledge of landscaping services o Proven ability to upsell and expand services within existing accounts o High reliability and professional accountability o Valid driver’s license and clean driving record o Targeting – $70-85K DOE, full benefits, company vehicle provided This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, respected team and lead a high-impact book of business.
