Responsibilities: - Supervise the closing process to provide
clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience - Have
local knowledge of the community to answer questions about
potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood - Meet with
clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and
sell them a home - Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales
pipeline - Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline -
Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more
sales - Conduct open houses to promote agency listings - Oversee
the entire process from creating documents to closing to ensure a
quick and seamless transaction experience - Create a personal
marketing plan to attract prospective clients and promote new
business - Excellent understanding of the real estate market
conditions and trends - Knowledge of the greater Houston area
Qualifications: - A successful and proven sales history is
preferred - Great communication and social skills - Tech savvy -
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth - Show good
organizational and time management skills - Must have a valid Texas
Real Estate License - Minimum 1 year of residential real estate
sales experience preferred - Strong communication and follow-up
skills - good listeners who build trust with clients - Willingness
to host multiple open houses on weekends and work a flexible, full
schedule - Reliable transportation and availability to serve
clients throughout Greater Houston - Self-motivated, organized, and
committed to following up and following through - Team players who
are coachable, results-focused, and committed to growth - Maintain
availability 7 days a week when needed to serve clients promptly
and professionally - Strong ethical standards, honesty, and a
commitment to doing what’s right for the client and the team - Not
